Creation Watches denies any responsibility so is DHL. I've been left with no item and no refund by Creation Watches. Don't make same mistake, pay few pounds extra and go use local retailer, which will offer you more protection. I've stumbled across Creation Watches a few times on the forum, where members have recommended them; mainly due to the very keen pricing. Of course, they have a section about how all of their watches are 100% genuine, but at these low prices I am very suspicious. As I'll probably be spending £500+, I don't want to risk a fake. I compared their prices with some Hamilton and Tissot watches I got from Jomashop (which were all legit models) and Creation was either priced similarly or a tad higher, so they seem legit on the surface, but I would comparison . Yea, it’s legit. However, you’re rolling the dice for the inexpensive prices. If you get a lemon, they’ll happy accept returns and/or replace it but you have to pay for shipping it back to them. If you’re anywhere besides Asia, shipping could be 1/3 to 1/2 the price of the watch.

I've read a couple posts about creationwatches as a grey-market retailer, and found virtually zero negativity about them.
